Event Details

Date: Saturday, June 13- Sunday, June 14  (a rain date, if needed, will be scheduled at a later time this summer

Cost: $25 per tent, Non-refundable.

Capacity: Limited to 50 tents — register early!

Registration Deadline: Saturday June 13, 2026 at noon.

Check-in: 5:00 PM, June 13

Check-out: 9:00 AM, June 14

Departure by: 10:00 AM, June 14

Included: Coffee, donuts and s’mores

Age Limit: This event is open to children 13 and under. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Check-in and Set up: Tent set-up is no earlier than 5 PM when check-in starts. Please be sure and check in and confirm your
    volunteer assignment.  Campers must provide their own camping equipment.
  • Check-out: Your tent site should be packed and all trash picked up by 9 AM with departure no later than 10 AM.
  • Age Limit: Open to children 13 and under only. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Supervision is required AT ALL TIMES: At least one parent must supervise their children at all times — especially pre-teens. Check in with your kids regularly, including any guests they bring.
  • Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are discouraged. Parents, you are the role models — act accordingly.
  • Quiet Time: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM. All children in tents by 11 PM. Adults socializing after midnight must stay in the fire area only.
  • Quiet Time: from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM. All children in tents by 11 PM. Adults socializing after midnight must do so quietly at the fire area only. The tent area will remain a quiet area from 11-6:30AM.
  • Violations: MVPA reserves its rights to take appropriate disciplinary action for rule violations, including immediate removal and/or exclusion from future MVPA campouts.
